Wampus ID

What a Wampus ID does

• One player name and tag for all our games, and your progress stays with you when you change devices.
• Shows your stats from each game here. Chaos Champs is first; Space Race and Pengwin follow.
• Signs in with your email: we send you an 8-digit code each time, so there’s no password to forget.

Guest accounts

You can play without a Wampus ID, as a guest. A guest account lives only on your phone or tablet, so this page can’t find it. Delete it inside the game. In Chaos Champs: on the title screen tap your profile card, then DELETE ACCOUNT, then DELETE and tap it again to confirm. A guest account is deleted at once and can’t be brought back.

Can’t open the game any more? Write to yo@wampus.games and include your player tag (it’s on your profile card).

What deleting removes, and what we keep

A Wampus ID waits 30 days before it’s deleted, so you can change your mind. Signing in here lets you cancel; signing in to a game with your Wampus ID cancels it too.

• Deleted: your account ID, player name and past names, age group, the email address of your Wampus ID, your match results and stats, the skins you own, and the sign-in keys of your devices.
• No longer tied to you: match numbers stay only as totals that don’t identify you.
• Kept: purchase and tax records (the store’s transaction ID, product, price, date, refunds) for as long as tax and accounting law requires; these also stay with Apple, Google and our purchase processor as the law allows. A minimal record of a ban may be kept to stop ban evasion, and a bare note that an account ID existed and the date it was deleted.
• We ask our service providers to delete their copies too.
